Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for thinking of these families during this crazy Christmas season! We are so thankful for your generosity, love and support! We can’t wait to see all their smiling faces as Santa and the Hannah Grace Family team drop on by for a visit full of wrapped surprises and take the load off their families!

This year we are providing for all our Hannah Grace Family kiddos, support group families and our partner organization Family SkillBuilders as they have families being reunited before Christmas! We have well over 30+ children and 20+ parents receiving Christmas gifts! This year we have mostly all elementary age kids, a handful of toddlers, a couple infants and a few older teens! We always make sure every child has at least one gift, but we have managed to snag a little bundle… plus we have been able to add some family books/ board games! Anyway you can contribute would mean so much!
