HGF serves children and their families facing various forms of trauma, hardships and instabilities.

We mentor in many ways, but most of all we love the parents and children when they need it most.

DHS FAMILY TIME VISITATIONS

***Scheduling for our visitation rooms can be coordinated by contacting assigned DHS caseworker and requesting visitations to be at the HGF Facility.

______________

We have 3 visitations rooms at our facility and one large great room. The three rooms consist of a teen room, a youth room and an infant/toddler room.

These rooms are used by DHS staff or certified HGF staff for family visitations. This essential service helps with the DHS backlog and provides children with a more home-like setting to facilitate relationships with foster parents, bio-parents, DHS staff, extended family and more.

OUR FACILITY

WE BELIEVE

Hannah Grace Family is a local non-profit that aims to break generational patterns and support families in their times of need. Cultivating healthy families through a safe community where self-worth is restored, trust is built, mentorship is accessed, stability is shown, and love is fostered. In doing so, children and families facing various forms of trauma, hardships and instabilities are able to be mended.

Our volunteers, instructors and facility offer a home-like atmosphere to the children and families we serve. Our building is conveniently located in Oregon City, making it accessible for servicing as many Clackamas County and nearby families as possible.

To help promote the ideology of our mission statement: “Restoring and cultivating hearts by redefining the value of life in children, mothers and families” HGF provides numerous ways to support our ever-growing “family”. Our family is composed of various members of our community, including but not limited to those facing financial difficulties, mental health, single family households, abuse, self-esteem/worth, foster care/adoption, loss of homes/jobs/family members and other forms of trauma, hardships, or instabilities.

HGF strives to meet the needs of children or families experiencing trauma, instability or hardships whenever possible. We could list all the different things we do, but our goal is to reconcile and maintain healthy “families” by providing them with all the tools, support and people they can lean on as “family”.

Hannah Grace Family is a federally recognized 501(c)(3)non-profit; with a board, advisory board, and a variety of volunteers. The organization is seeking funds and support as they continue to mentor past, present and future children, mothers and families. We are thankful for all your current and future help with establishing resources/connections, applicable grants, and financial contributions.
